How We Hire
Our interview process is simple, supportive, and human. You will meet the people you will actually work with, and you will have space to show how you think, communicate, and collaborate.
- Initial Conversation: A relaxed chat about your experience and what you are looking for.
- Competency Interview: A deeper conversation with the hiring manager about your skills and approach.
- Task Exercise: A short, role relevant activity to show your thinking and give you a feel for the work.
- Final Conversation: A chat with a Director or Co Founder and a chance to ask anything you like.
