Ben leads the team to bring the code, ideas and concept alive for our users and customers. Previously Ben was co-founder and MD of consultancy Coachmatch (now Wonderous People) and was GM for one of the UK's largest film extras' agencies.

As the former Managing Director of UK hospitality technology leader Feed It Back, Dan brings with him a vast network of enterprise clients as he embarks on the journey to propel our business to its next stage of growth. With his extensive experience and connections within the industry, Dan is poised to leverage his expertise to drive significant expansion and success for TiPJAR.
Henry Seddon

Henry's expertise lies in growing, launching, and restructuring businesses within the technology industry. He has recently retired from Access Hospitality after leading it to become the UK's largest hospitality software provider with revenues exceeding £125m.

James is currently the global Managing Director at BrewDog Bars and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As our founder, he’s the original creator of TiPJAR and is on a mission to revolutionise the world of tipping for everyone, forever.

Having spent 7 years at Octopus Investments, Henry has a massive passion for startups, and currently acts as an adviser, non-exec director, or fractional CFO with a number of other early-stage businesses in fintech and beyond.
